Mr. Niklank S Jain serves as the Vice President of Legal & Company Secretary for our esteemed organization. His tenure as the Company Secretary commenced on September 1, 2023. With a steadfast dedication to his profession, Mr. Jain has been an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) since 2004.
Mr. Jain’s academic foundation includes a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Mohanlal Sukhadia University (MLSU) in Udaipur. He has also augmented his expertise by successfully completing a certificate course in FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) and a crash course in Corporate Restructuring, both conducted by the ICSI.
Boasting an impressive career spanning nearly 18 years, including 12 years in the realm of listed companies, Mr. Jain has excelled in overseeing end-to-end Secretarial operations and ensuring rigorous Corporate/Statutory Compliance. His professional journey has exposed him to the intricate nuances of Corporate Laws, SEBI & Listing Regulations, as well as FEMA/RBI Regulations. Furthermore, he has demonstrated remarkable prowess in handling Litigation matters and expertly Drafting and Vetting various business Agreements.
Prior to joining our organization, Mr. Jain has previously been associated with Poonawalla Fincrop in Pune, Cadila Pharmaceuticals in Ahmedabad, and Time Technoplast in Mumbai.
